The Republic of Namibia is a country located in South- West Africa. It is bordered by Angola to the North, Botswana to the East and South Africa to the South. The western coast stretches 1,600 km along the Atlantic ocean.
The country can be divided into two geographical segments, the north with abundant water, and the dry southern region. It enjoys a generally moderate tropical climate with temperatures ranging between 18°C and 35°C in summer (October – April) and 0°C and 20°C in winter (May – September).
