DPO PayGate Minimum Terms and Conditions (T & C’s)
1. Detailed description of goods and/or services
Open Range Marketing cc / UrbanCamp is a business in the Hospitality industry that offers accommodation.
2. Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within one day and booking confirmation send by way of email notification. A 100% confirmation deposit is required to secure the booking. Should the confirmation deposit not be paid within the specified period and no other arrangement is made with us in writing, the reservation will be cancelled without further notice.
3. Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Open Range Marketing cc / UrbanCamp is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Open Range Marketing cc / UrbanCamp will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 250N$ administration fee.
30 days plus. We refund fully - a ones off 250N$ Admin Fee applies.
30 – 0 days prior to arrival – 100% cancellation fee
No shows and early departures – 100% cancellation fee
4. Customer Privacy policy
Open Range Marketing cc / UrbanCamp shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from: http://www.lawsofsouthafrica.up.ac.za/index.php/current-legislation.
5. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard, or by bank transfer into the Open Range Marketing cc / UrbanCamp bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
6. Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Open Range Marketing cc / UrbanCamp via DPO Group who are the approved payment gateway for Namibian Acquiring Banks. DPO uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website.
7. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Open Range Marketing cc / UrbanCamp separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO’s secure site.
8. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is Namibia. Transaction currency is Namibian Dollar (NAD).
9. Responsibility
Open Range Marketing cc / UrbanCamp takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
10. Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of Namibia. Open Range Marketing cc / UrbanCamp chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature Open Range Marketing cc P.O.Box: 6097 Windhoek, Namibia
11. Variation
Open Range Marketing cc / UrbanCamp may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

Children - Camping
Children 3 years and under stay for free when accompanied by paying adults. Children 4 - 12 years pay about 50% of the normal rate and children age 13 and older pay the normal rate in full.
Pet Policy - Camping
Well behaved pets are allowed. All dogs must be kept on a leash. Strictly no bull terriers or similar breeds are allowed.
Check-In / Check-Out Times Camping
We are quite flexible with late check outs. Just let reception know about it.
Check-in time: 12 noon/midday or later
Check-out time: 11 am or earlierBooking & Cancellation Policy – Accommodation Only

NO REFUNDS: NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE / if booking is less than 30days before check-in or when your pet bird broke their small toe.

GUEST AND VISITORS USE THESE FACILITIES AT THEIR OWN RISK. THE OWNER, MANAGEMENT AND STAFF OF URBANCAMP (OPEN RANGE MARKETING CC) ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY FOR THE DEATH OF OR INJURY TO ANY PERSON, NOR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE SUFFERED TO PROPERTY OR POSSESSIONS WHETHER ARISING FROM ANY FORM OF NEGLIGENCE, FALLING TREES, OR ANY OTHER CAUSE WHATSOEVER WITHIN OR EXTRANEOUS TO THE CONTROL OF ANY OF THE AFOREMENTIONED PERSONS.
URBANCAMP WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OCCURRENCES TOWARDS MINORS. IT IS THEREFORE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE VISITORS BRINGING ALONG SUCH MINORS TO URBANCAMP, TO KEEP THEIR CHILDREN UNDER STRICT SUPERVISION AT ALL TIMES.
