Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We also accept Namibian Dollars (NAD) or South African Rands (ZAR). If you need to change your currency please do so upon arrival at the airport or otherwise at a Bureau de Change in town. The Namibian Dollar (NAD) and South African Rand (ZAR) are one to one, i.e. N$ 1 = R 1

From what time is I check in?
From 14:00 to 22:00. If you are arriving earlier please let us know in advance so we can prepare for you.

From what time must I check out?
Anytime before 11:00. If you would like to check out later, please ask in advance as your camp may be booked already. 

Can I check in after 22:00?
Yes, but please contact us in advance to make arrangements.Our reception closes by 22:00.

How far is the airport from the city?
Windhoek international airport (Hosea Kutako International Airport) is 40 km or about 45 minutes outside Windhoek.

Do you have airport transfer services?
Yes we do. We charge NAD490 per car for up to 3 people one way. Please send us an

How do I get a taxi?
A private cab is NAD90 (about 5EUR) to anywhere in town and can be booked at reception. There are shared cabs around but we do not recommend the use of these at night.

Is there space for rooftop tents?
Yes. We can also accommodate motor homes, caravans and overland trucks. When making a booking, please leave us a message to let us know what kind of vehicle you have.

Do you have electricity points?
Each campsite has a 220V, 5A power point. We use 3 point South African plugs (Type D or M).

Do you have laundry facilities?
Yes we do. We charge NAD155 per load. Please bring your laundry to reception before 10:00 for same day service.

Can you store my luggage?
It depends on the size of the luggage and how long you would like to store it. Please contact us directly to inquire.

Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes we do. We offer free Wi-Fi at our reception and pool area.

Do you have a restaurant?
We do have a restaurant which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We offer a a la carte breakfast from 7:30 to 11:00. Lunch is served from 12:00 to 14:30 and our a la carte dinner menu from 16:00 to 21:00. Please note that the Kitchen is closed on Sundays.

Do we need to book for the restaurant?
Generally no, but if you are a large group please book a table in advance.

Can I bring my pet?
Well behaved and friendly dogs (and cats) are allowed and must be kept on a leash at all times. Strictly no pit bulls or similar breeds are allowed. Owners are responsible for their pets’ actions.

Is it safe to walk around?
Generally during the day it is fine. We do not recommend walking at night at all even if in a group. Please book a taxi at reception.

Does each tent/camp-site have its own bathroom?
No. We do have nice shared ablution blocks with hot water.

Do I need to book parking?
No, free and secure parking is available.

Do you allow day visitors?
We do at the restaurant/bar with entrance allowed until sunset. Please note that the braai (barbecue) and pool facilities are strictly for overnight guests only.

Do you have special rates for children?
For camping with your own equipment, children 0-3  stay for free if accompanied by their parents.Children 4-11 pay about 50%. Children 12 and older pay full.  Please see our terms.

Can I have an event there?
We do not generally host events.
